First Time in a Wave Pool!
February 4, 2018 11:22 pm
Had so much fun today at The Wave Pool in Richmond Hill (5 Hopkins Street at Yonge and Major Mac)!
Highlights:
- Waves were so real and so fun to swim against 😀
- Pool noodles! I concocted a double noodle makeshift seahorse ride for myself in the water 😀
- So grateful that my parents put me in swimming lessons when I was younger so I can swim and tread water easily and have fun without fear of water
- Water slide! Colourful tube
- Sauna room
- Lots of floaties in different shapes to hang on to
- Warm and comfy shallow end with a ‘private’ deep end that we took over
- Swimming indoors and watching the flurries glide by in the open windows
- Peacefulness when underwater
