Japanese Kiln Changed Brown Matcha Tea Set

I received the Japanese Kiln Changed Brown Matcha Tea Set (retails for a value of $97.83 currently).  It is a beautifully crafted set with 8 items:  a brown toned glazed kiln ceramic bowl (also called a “chawan“), a ceramic whisk holder, a bamboo whisk, a filter screen, a teaspoon, a tea scoop, a tea mat, and a cute mountain-shaped ceramic stand.  Everything was well protected inside of the cardboard box and nestled within custom Styrofoam protective pillows.

The theme of this specific set invokes a natural gradient of colours and captures the essence of clay and fire.  Each piece is unique and gives a rustic charm.  It not only includes everything you need for making the perfect matcha drink but serves as a beautiful piece of home decor.  It’s perfect for matcha lovers, baristas, bakers, and it’s sure to delight the tea maker when using it.
