Every time we’ve bought the rotisserie chicken home from the meats section at Costco, I’m never disappointed.  The chicken is always cooked to perfection with the inside juicy, sooo tender and juicy.  I don’t know how they make it so flavourful too.  The smell is heavenly.  I almost always end up eating half of the chicken in one sitting once it’s brought home.

I tried the Tuxedo cake for the first time at a party.  Delicious!  Bought one today and sharing it with the lovely people at work this week. 🙂

OH, and how can I forget?  The BEST THING about being at Costco is….  *drum roll, please* all of the the food sampling!!! 😀 😀 😀 I tried some honey garlic pork today.  SO good!
