Weekly Photo Challenge: Serenity

To me, serenity is being alone and enjoying the own thoughts of my mind.  There can be light sounds around me like music (radio) or the natural sounds that you hear in nature.  I’m an introvert at heart and I feel the most peace and quiet when there is no one else around me.  

This photo captures that a little bit.  Steph and I woke up early in the morning while we were on our camping trip in the summer of 2012 in order to catch the sun rising from over the calm waters.  This was definitely a serene moment. 🙂

Fun fact:  I also used a similar picture for a past WPC.  Looking back, the pictures can actually look for both themes.
