June 5:

- Couscous tomato salad $5.93 (original price: $11.86),
- Smart strawberry lowfat yogurt $0.99 (original price: $2.49) x2.
- Paid $16.11 for six items.
I felt bad that the yogurts were going to waste if nobody bought them (rhey had over 36 in stock still), so I bought two. Not cheap for $0.99 each, but the kids enjoyed eating them at least.
Loblaws Richmond Hill:
- Veggie Box (10 packs of mini cucumbers) $3. Paid $3.17.
- Veggie Box (2 boxes of cremini whole mushrooms, 1 box of white mushrooms) $3. Paid $3.17.
- Fruit Box (20 avocados) $3. Paid $3.17.

- 2% key lime Greek yogurt $0.24 (original price: $3.79) x2,

LOVED this haul! I was waiting for yogurt because we were running low at home and it was perfect timing that I noticed the upload just as I was about to leave the supermarket. I was able to chat with the guy who uploads the Flashfood items too.
June 7:

- Veggie Box (3 heads of cauliflower) $3. Paid $3.17.
- Veggie Box (3 stalks of asparagus) $3. Paid $3.17.

June 8:

- Extra lean ground chicken $3 (original price: $6) x2,
- Lean ground pork $2.99 (original price: $5.99).
-
- Paid $20.07 for five items.
-
Emailed Flashfood about the price discrepancy of the chicken drumsticks (listed price is $5 but should be $4.50). They responded me about a week later and credited $1 to my account. 🙌
Loblaws Richmond Hill:
- Grain-fed osso bucco $7.37 (original price $14.74). Paid $7.79,
- Fresh organic Atlantic salmon fillet $8.15 (original price: $16.29).
- Paid $16.40 for two items.
First time seeing osso bucco available on Flashfood so of course I had to get it! 😛 When the husband made it later at home with the Instant Pot with onions, it was so tender and tasty! Such a treat.
- Veggie Box (1 pack of bittermelon, 6 packs of okras) $3. Paid $3.17.
Most of the okras were moldy. I’m not sure whether they were like that to begin with or if it was because we picked it up a day late.
Vi’s No Frills Scarborough (Silver Star/Steeles):
- Mixed Produce Box (19 Asian pears, 13 apples, 1 mango, 3 persimmons, 6 pears, 1 plum) $8. Paid $8.45.
We haven’t bought persimmons to eat in a long time. They were so good and juicy. All of the fruits were in very good condition.
- Mixed Produce Box (42 chayotes) $8. Paid $8.45.
I split this box with my friend. So glad because 21 chayotes for $4-ish is much easier to finish up than 42!
- Mixed Produce Box (28 ears of corn, 3 carrots) $8. Paid $8.45.
Very sweet and delicious corn! I split this box with my friend too.
June 11:
Loblaws Richmond Hill:
- Fruit Box (31 tomatoes) $3. Paid $3.17.
About 5 tomatoes had moldy spots, but we just cut them off and the husband made a batch of tomato sauce for pasta for lunch. Great deal.
Rob’s No Frills (Warden/Hwy 7):
- Oatmeal cookies $2.50 (original price: $5),
- Gusto original bagels $2.39 (original price: $4.79).

- Fruit Box (20 bananas) $3. Paid $3.17.
- Mixed Produce Box (1 pack of blueberries, 2 packs of Brussel sprouts, 1 pack of broccoli florets) $3. Paid $3.17.
This was a fantastic bag. All of these products on their own are usually quite expensive! The quality was great too.
- Veggie Box (3 heads of cauliflower) $3. Paid $3.17.
Enzo’s No Frills (Yonge/16th):
- Breakfast sausage rounds $3.49 (original price: $6.99) x2,
- Pineapple & ham pizza $2.50 (original price: $5) x2,
- Meat lover’s pizza $2.50 (original price: $5) x2.
- Paid $17.94 for six items.
It was the last day for these products and if they didn’t sell, they would have gone to the landfill. Thus, as I was in the area already and I really liked eating the breakfast sausage rounds from the last purchase, I bought the last two sausage round packages as well as two each of the mini pizzas. This is my contribution of helping the earth.

- Chicken drumsticks, club pack $7 (original price: $14).
- Paid $11.62 for two items.
Saw these two chicken items and nabbed them right away. We eat chicken all the time, so it’s nice to hide them away in the freezer until we need them.
June 19:
Rob’s No Frills (Warden/Hwy 7):
- Oatmeal cookies $3 (original price: $6). Paid $3.17.
It wasn’t until I looked in my old posts while posting this that I realize that the oatmeal cookie price has been fluctuating. It was $2.50 last time and $2.75 another time. This time, it’s $3. What gives?! It’s the same brand and quantity of cookies too.

I always love being able to snag a bunch of items from this location when I’m in the area. First time trying their rigatoni with meatballs and I couldn’t believe firstly how huge the package was! It tasted good too. First time trying their chicken parmigiana and the wild blueberry high protein yogurt as well!

This flavour of yogurt is my mom’s current favourite so far. That’s why I got 3 packs of it when I saw it on the app.
June 24:
Loblaws Richmond Hill:
- Danone drinkable raspberry yogurt drink $1.94 (original price: $4.99). Paid $2.05.
- Fruit Box (27 bananas) $3. Paid $3.17.
More than 25 bananas for once in the bag! Good deal. I purposely bought the ones about to expire so they don’t look the greatest. I just want to reduce food from being wasted…

- 2L of 2% milk $2.67 (original price: $5.34),
- Mini ham subs, family pack $4.49 (original price: $8.99).

Thanks to Flashfood, I got to try this product of mini ham subs. They were super easy as a quick lunch or dinner item. Just heat it up and they’re simple ham and cheese submarine sandwiches!
