Here is my monthly roundup of the surprise bags I bought.  I purchased14 bags in April 2025!

Amazing!  My first time getting the large cake bag from this location of Saint Germain.  The Black Forest cake was so impressive upon opening the box.  So delicious and fresh.  It had large kirsch sautéed bing cherries inside of it!

Oh, my gosh.  What a cute cake!!!  This might be the cutest cake I’ve ever received in a TGTG bag!  Pure happiness! 😄

The chocolate part was yummy with crunchy bits throughout.  The cake parts though were a tad dry but overall it was still good.  This mini cake would be perfect for our baby’s monthsary celebrations.

What a neat surprise to get dim sum in a bakery surprise bag!  The Tuna Bun was so long, almost like a sandwich.  I’m curious to try this surprise bag again.

Amazing quantity of instant noodles!  They taste like the “mama noodles” brand.  Yummy (guilty pleasures).

My first time getting a dynamic pricing surprise bag!  This was very worth it.  Just the loaf of bread itself is usually $4.49 and I got all of this for $4.49!  The pecan butter tarts were delicious.

April 20, 2025:

Truly a surprise bag of leftover yogurt toppings.  We ate some fruit alongside our dinner the first night and then added it to Greek yogurt the following night.  Thanks to the app, glad that these leftover items were saved.

April 21, 2025:

I finally got to try this store!  Twenty buns is so cheap.  However, this is a quantity versus quality issue as I think the quality of the buns is subpar to the Chinese bakeries in Markham.

Really happy with this deli surprise bag; my first time getting it!  This bag had dynamic pricing applied but it had fallen to its “regular” price of $12.99, so I bought it right away.

Loved this bag!!  All the items were tasty and fit our palate.  This means I will be getting more of their Prepared Foods surprise bags in the future. 😃  (Second time getting this bag.  We got 3 items last time.)

Love the buns from this bakery!  So soft and chewy buns.  (I like the texture more than Tung Hing’s buns.)  Happy to get 10 buns this time; I’ve gotten 9 buns in the past.

OMG!!  I didn’t expect to get these at all!  What a great selection of their cream puffs and way over value too (the bag I got from them before didn’t meet value — I decided to buy this bag again this time because of the afternoon pickup time and the newer higher rating).  These were so tasty (though the pastry was a bit soft; thus truly in the spirit of TGTG).

The matcha cream was so smooth and the mango chunks were so fresh.  Definitely getting this bag again in the future.
