Weekly Photo Challenge: H2O

Hokuten no Oka Lake Abashiri Tsuruga Resort, Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan. October 2016

[Post-dated post]. Hard to believe that a little pool of water can give you so much relaxation, health benefits, and MOOD!  One of the highlights of my trip to Hokkaido this past first week of October has been the onsen from the hot springs in Japan.  It’s simply a pool of H2O, but when you soak into that hot, steaming bath water, the feeling is simply indescribable.

Here, we had a private open-air bath situated in the backyard of our suite.  It was truly heaven and the best experience of relaxation ever.
