Flashfood Purchases in January 2025

 Fresh meat from Flashfood

9 packs of meat items for $38~!

The best secret that my family has for saving money in this economy is using the Flashfood app to buy all our essential grocery items (like bread, fruits, seafood, meats, dairy).  Participating supermarkets will upload photos of items that are nearing their “best before date” for 50% off or more of the original price.  We’ve eaten so well and been able to save so much money since using this app in 2023.  I can’t believe not more people use it and I really hope more supermarkets will join Flashfood this year (and beyond) (waiting for Food Basics, Walmart, T&T, independent Asian stores…).

Use my referral code KARE4PEFC  to get $5 off your first purchase of $7+.  It’s a free app to download.  You can check out which stores around you participate on Flashfood.  Make sure you check the app often because deals are uploaded multiple times in a day at random times.  Once the item is bought, it is taken down and there is no sign of it on the app.

Here are my January 2025 grocery hauls from Flashfood.  We spent $194.79 this month.
