I couldn’t help but get these mini double chocolate muffins again. In my fourth trimester and I am still craving chocolate sweet goods. 😋

My kid had been asking for chocolate milk for a while and I finally was able to get it for her when I saw it on Flashfood!

From the photo on Flashfood, it only showed the Granny Smith apples so I thought the bag was going to be of green and red apples only. How surprised I was when we reached into the bag and found bananas in the bottom! And a lone kiwi, haha. We all of a sudden had too many bananas!

So happy to swing by the No Frills in Stouffville and pick up all these goodies! The sea bass is a new item for us as well as the side ribs. Side ribs will be a repeat purchase if and when I see it again on Flashfood in the future.
March 16, 2025:

Great deal. Mushrooms and grapes were fresh.
Loblaws Richmond Hill:
- Faroe Island fillet $8.20 (original price: $16.41),

- Rainbow trout fillets $5.13 (original price: $10.26),
- Babybel cheese, light $2 (original price: $6.49) x4.
- Paid $30.32 for eight items.
The babybel cheese is a first time buy from Flashfood!! Immediately bought 3 packs and then added another as it’s such an awesome deal for $2 each. I knew my kid would love eating it too. 🤗
March 19, 2025:
Wholesale Club (10909 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON):
- Mini pizza subs $4.49 (original price: $8.99),
- Pork back ribs, 2 pack $14.30 (original price: $28.59).
- Paid $19.85 for two items.
The pizza subs paired with avocado which I later bought were the best combination ever! The pork back ribs were great and will continue to be a repeat purchase the next time I see them.
Enzo’s No Frills:

March 20, 2025:
Loblaws Richmond Hill:

Very fresh strawberries! Also, I caved into buy these $5 produce boxes. While I would have loved to buy it at what-used-to-be $3 produce bags from this location, this was am incredible deal nonetheless.
- Mixed Produce Box (5 bags of autumn crisp grapes) $5. Paid $5.28.
These autumn crisp grapes were SO big, crisp, and juicy. Definitely lives up to the name.
Hashim’s No Frills (681 Silver Star Blvd, Scarborough, ON):
- Mixed Produce Box (33 mandarins, 1 apple, 3 bags of avocados, 1 loose avocado) $4. Paid $4.23.
I thought from the Flashfood photo that the box had oranges, but these were mandarins instead. The avocados were all mostly good.
- Veggie Box (5 crowns of broccoli, 8 red peppers, 4 orange peppers, 2 gourds) $6. Paid $6.34.
The broccoli florets had to be inspected and selectively cut, but the rest of the items were fine.
March 21, 2025:
Rob’s No Frills:
- Banana chocolate chip mini muffins $2 (original price: $4). Paid $2.11.
These were all done by the kids and other adults before I had a chance to eat one. 😂
March 23, 2025:
Rob’s No Frills:
- All-Butter chocolate chip brioche $2.75 (original price: $5.50). Paid $2.91.
This is a luxury item but I was very curious to see what a chocolate chip brioche tastes like! It tasted delicious and all of us loved it.
Loblaws Richmond Hill:
- Mixed Produce Box (3 packs of corn) $5. Paid $5.28.
The bottom of the corn cobs were moldy. 🤮 I requested and received a full refund from Flashfood.
March 25, 2025:

This was not a good purchase; not worth it for this few fruits. This is one of the more varied produce boxes that Rob’s NF has produced though and we were low on apples so we bought it to try.
- Butter croissants $2.50 (original price: $5). Paid $2.65.
Enzo’s No Frills:

- Whole chicken $10.13 (original price: $20.24),

March 30, 2025:
Loblaws Richmond Hill:
- Mixed Produce Box (14 yellow nectarines, 23 peaches) $5. Paid $5.28.
Two of them had a mold spot. The rest of them looked moderate and definitely needed to be finished quickly. The peaches were so delicious.
- Mixed Produce Box (13 plums, 1 avocado, 1 mango, 5 dragon fruits, 12 garlic, 1 pack of corn) $5. Paid $5.28.
Great variety!! One of the dragon fruits had its flesh opened up so we ate it right away; it tasted very fresh.
Hashim’s No Frills:
- Fruit Box (8 green bananas, 3 cored pineapples, 1 avocado, 16 apples, 20 kiwis) $5. Paid $5.28.
Yesssss. Finally got kiwis for the first time on Flashfood! 🤗 Opened 3 immediately to eat and the soft ones were sweet while an unripe bruised one was tart. First time getting green bananas too!
- Veggie Box (8 bunches of green onions, 2 bunches of celery, 1 gourd, 7 carrots, 2 bunches of kale, 1 okra, 1 pack of sugar snap peas, 3 eggplants) $5. Paid $5.28.
Love this variety! Yay to getting large quantity produce boxes from this location of No Frills. 😊
