Trip to the maritimes, Canada.  July 2007

This past week’s photo challenge brings into focus something that is an extra part in our lives.  Since I’ve been travelling in the past week, I think this photo is fitting.  This picture was taken when I was traveling in 2007 to the maritimes.  My fellow friend carried a little blue bear with him on the trip as we discovered the eastern provinces of Canada on a bus tour:

A teddy bear is an extra special someone in our lives, one that when we are young we cling on to and bring with us even though it’s not an essential part of wherever we’re going.  It’s something extra that we like to have for support and is always there in the background when we need it.  : )
