This week’s theme “Gone, but not Forgotten” is difficult to apply to just a season or to a food item that I might have just finished and “miss”. This theme truly resonates with me about a person or living thing. I don’t necessarily want to put up a picture or speak publicly on here about people that I miss so I will talk about these two gals instead.
Happy and Lucky were my uncle’s two first dogs that he raised here in Canada. Unfortunately, they are long gone now and no longer with us. Gone, but not forgotten.
Another part of this part that is “gone, but not forgotten” is the place that the photo was taken in. This was taken in my old house which I had lived in for over 20 years prior. Again, gone, but not forgotten.
Aww they are such sweet friends
never leave our sides
They wag their way in our lives
long warming our hearts

Yes, they were indeed! Thank you 🙂
I love their names. I can understand why they were so special.
Yes, they really were. 🙂
