Weekly Photo Challenge: ROY G. BIV

Rainbow in Markham. May 2015

This week’s theme is so fun!  ROY G. BIV means the colours of the rainbow!  Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. 🙂  Just several weeks ago, we saw a big giant rainbow spreading across the sky in Markham.  There were many social media posts that went up on Facebook and the like because of it.  I took one of course too, naturally! 😉  This rainbow was so clear and big after the rain that it was bright and its curve spread all over Markham from one end to the other.  It’s rare to be able to see both ends.  We also saw the secondary rainbow too (it’s always there but it depends on if you happen to see it or not).  Beautiful theme. 🙂  If I had a little more time, I would have done the other version too where you can choose 7 pictures of the rainbow to share.  That would have been fun!

This is a very nice picture from the bottom end of the rainbow, and so cool that it disappears into the sky.
