Published 1,000 posts on stenoodie.com

Woohoo!  From the start until now, March 21, 2013 to June 2, 2016, I have published 1,000 posts on this blog!  I say “published posts” because I have written posts on this blog that have either yet to be published or were “private” and hidden from view.  Otherwise, I would have reached this 1,000 posts milestone earlier than today for sure! 🙂

This blog started from humble beginnings, to still humble be-ings today.  I still write about the same things; I express myself, my thoughts, feelings, adventures through words and photos.  I still write about the same things, but they are different.  What do I mean?  I still review restaurants, share about my travel adventures, steno chronicles of court reporting, and post occasional fun things in my life from time to time.  Not much has changed in terms of the blog, but there have been so many stories told within these 1,000 posts.

I still remember when I was celebrating 100 posts, 500 posts (on social media), reaching 100,000 views, and now to today.  Not many people can say they have published 1,000 posts on a blog.  One of the better qualities about myself is that I am very consistent with blogging.  It’s just something that I like doing.  Someone recently inquired if I enjoy it or if it feels like a job.  Heck yes, I enjoy it!  Otherwise why would I spend at least an hour each day to work on this cyberspace?  I am as consistent with blogging as much as I am consistent with keeping a diary in my personal off-line life too (been journaling since grade 4!).

Publishing *this* current post will make it the 1,001th post!

At the end of the day, it’s really all for me.  It’s an online space for me to keep track of things I’ve done, places I’ve been to, thoughts I’ve felt; and since I am doing so, why not share it with others online who want to read it — either people that I do know in real life or strangers from around the world.  It’s been the reason I started blogging since the beginning.

To the next 1,000 posts!  Where will I be at my 2,000th post?  What will have changed and transpired since post #1,000 and post #2,000?
