Elegance Chinese Cuisine & Banquet located at 7130 Warden Avenue in Markham
On a random weekday after an early day at court, I was able to have dim sim with my family! We went to Elegance Chinese Cuisine & Banquet, a restaurant I had never been to.
Elegance Chinese Cuisine & Banquet is located at Warden Ave just north of Steeles Ave where Sweet Esc and Dayali are (I’ve yet to try Dayali but want to someday!).
It’s a large space inside and decorated so nicely; fit for wedding receptions and classy dinners.

It was after 12 pm but there were a fair amount of people there having late dim sum and lunch.
We ordered some dim sum and a platter of vermicelli.

The dim sum was good! I especially liked the beef ribs. They were seasoned and cooked just right to be a bit sweet and tender. 🙂

I really enjoyed the vermicelli as it was a mixture of glass noodles and vermicelli. It had just enough flavour from the preserved vegetables and the stir-fried chicken strips. I absolutely loved this dish and would return just for it.

The lobby of the restaurant was huge! It’s a giant space for any dim sum goers who need to wait in the morning for a table
I liked the calm atmosphere of the restaurant since it wasn’t too busy and it was very spacious. Perhaps when I return to try their dinner service one day, you will see it appended to this post!
