Berry Smoothie! This post is pretty self-explanatory and shows the berry smoothie that I made using the ingredients and fresh groceries provided to me by One Kitchen. Thank you for sending me this Berry Smoothie to try!
This berry smoothie was simple to make with two cups of Greek yogurt, chia seeds, freshly frozen blackberries and raspberries, banana, and one cup of almond milk.
After blending it all together with one cup of ice, I had two servings of this lovely healthy snack!
I enjoyed the crunchy chia seeds in this smoothie which also provided protein and fibre that helped to keep me full for a good while. It wasn’t too sweet and was a great snack!
