4,173 origami paper cranes (plus or minus about 5 for margin of error) in a 17 x 18 x 13 inch cardboard box.
I folded these back when I was in grade 4 about 8 years old. My goal was to fold 1,000. I never thought I would have surpassed my goal four times over!
Took just over an hour or so to count them all. Thank goodness for online tally counters!
Finally fulfilled this want; been curious about the number for years. I can close this chapter and give them away. 🙂
*posted them on Facebook marketplace for free and by the next morning, someone came to pick up the entire box already. So quick! Farewell.
How cool! I’m glad you’ve preserved them with a photo and have shared them with someone else. Beautiful.
Thank you, Susan! The counting of the cranes was a long-awaited moment for me. I’m glad I finally know how many I folded now. 🙂
