Go For Tea is a bubble tea and Taiwanese food house where you can chill with friends for drinks and food. I’ve been to Go For Tea a couple of times before but haven’t blogged about it (it’s not yet on my “map”), so here it is! Sarah, Julie, and I came here to chat over drinks and dessert recently.
You get free wifi here, relatively spacious seats, and a bell service at your table to ring for your server. Unlike most other bubble tea shops like Green Grotto or Destiny’s, the restaurant has really dim lighting inside so it’s more conducive to people wanting to hang out instead of studying.
On this visit, I ordered a strawberry drink that was ridiculously sweet. It was a Strawberry Calpis Juice. Normally, I never like wasting food, but this was so sweet that I couldn’t finish the last of it.
Sarah and Julie both ordered two large bubble teas that were huge! Sarah also ordered a chocolate mousse cake that was very good.
I’m sure I’ll be back in the future for more visits at Go For Tea. There aren’t too many different selections of bubble tea houses and they have a wide variety of selection too.
