Hotel Review: Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort

Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort located at 6830 Fallsview Blvd in Niagara Falls

This is a review of the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort hotel:

I’ve stayed at Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort many times now.  This is my first time reviewing it!

I really enjoy this hotel and its hotel rooms.  The rooms are clean, spacious, and overlook the majestic falls.  Depending on the room you get, you can see either the Canadian side if the falls or the American side out of the windows.

Our room was a double Queen bed room.  The sheets were clean with four fluffy pillows on each bed.

Two Queen beds — so comfy!!

Flat-screen TV with 2 chairs and desk

A lot of space in the room. This shows the TV and the desk with two chairs

There was a desk with two comfy computer hard-back chairs, a flat screen TV, and a large bathroom with both a tub and a standing transparent glass shower.  There is sometimes an extra reclining sofa chair too.

I love staying at Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort because the rooms are so comfortable, there is free wifi, and there are also so many power outlets inside the room.

Bathroom with a tub and a standing shower on the right! You can me in the mirror… 😀

Even the alarm clock has a USB charger, the telephone (there are two telephones in the room) has two USB chargers, the desk lamps have a power outlet, and there are many other wall power outlets in the room too.  You won’t have to worry about not having enough outlets to charge your devices.  (This reminded me of my recent stay in a Paris hotel that only had two power outlets in the entire room — terrible for a travelling tourist!)  Thus, the room at Fallsview had so many outlets that I was content. 😀

Complimentary lotions and personal care items from Gilchrist & Soames (they used to have another brand!)

Fallsview Niagara Resort hotel closet items

So many useful things for a trip in this closet!

In addition, inside the closet that automatically lights up on the inside when you open the doors, there is a safe, a Keurig coffee machine (with three varities of coffee), sugar packets, clothes hangers, an extra pillow, a iron and ironing board, and a luggage holder.  It has everything you need for a comfortable stay!!  However, it does lack a kettle and mini-fridge (for those who like to boil water — the Keurig machine cannot boil water [yes, I tried XD] — or refrigerate things).

There was no continental breakfast provided with the rooms but you could order breakfast to be delivered to your room if you so desired.

When you book this hotel, make sure to ask for a nice scenic view of the falls! 🙂

 Fallsview hotel room #2609

We stayed in Room 2609 this time. So comfortable!

I’ve also been to their spa, aptly called The Spa.  View the review of the spa services here!  Also, for those that like to know, the hotel is connected directly to the Fallsview casino (yes, makes sense) and the hotel is proud to share that their “attention to detail and exceptional customer service has earned [them] the prestigious CAA/AAA Four Diamond award every year since [they] opened [their] doors in 2004.”  That IS definitely impressive!

Most recently, I got to stay here again, and this time, we got upgraded to one of their executive suites for free!  I was so excited to see what it would look like.

Wow!  I was amazed!  The upgraded suite included a huge bathroom with two sinks, a whirlpool Jacuzzi, shower with an adjustable shower head, a large living space with a sofa and armchair, and a separate bedroom where the two Queen beds were.  The entire suite included three amazing views of the outside world!  The windows were huge and you could see the city side of Niagara Falls as well as the falls themselves.  I was so lucky to be able to experience this amazing suite!

Here are some pictures:

First thing I saw after opening the door to the suite was this magnificent huge bathroom with an amazing view of the city!

I was so grateful to be able to experience staying at the executive suite!  If only I actually lived there every day and had 24-hour housekeeping and service at my fingertips. 😛
