Thinking of a place with outstanding ambience, there’s no other place that I’ve been to recently that outshines the Distillery District’s Christmas Market back in November to December of last year. It was my first time the annual Christmas Market that has been growing bigger and bigger each year in Toronto and attracting more and more attendees.
On the final night of the Christmas Market, we were able to get in to witness the magic of Christmas and without a doubt the ambience of the entire market! Walking in, it felt like everything and everyone was ready for Christmas and the winter holidays. There was no space for any other feeling and the feeling was a warm, happy, joyous one. 🙂 Whether these were from all the hanging lights, happy families and couples walking together, the giant Christmas tree, cool winter weather, or all the holiday-inspired vendors that contributed to that, the ambience was real that night for sure. I’m excited to attend it this year again… in what — a short 10 months or so? 😉
