Who is suggesting these challenges for the weekly photo challenges!? They’re rather uninspired and repetitive. Last week we already had a similar theme. I would love to see different and varied themes like “run”, “tiny”, “soft” or something very specific and see what everyone comes up with and not these repetitive ones that all have to do with “change”, “transition”, and so on. -_-
Anyway, this week’s theme is “delta” where we are asked to share a photo that “signifies transitions and change to you. It can be the very beginning of a phase, or the very end.”
I caught this photo earlier this month right at the end of the sunset happening in my neighbourhood. Not only does it capture the end of a day and the completion of a sunset but also it is captured in motion. (This sunset in particular was extremely red and beautiful but unfortunately I wasn’t able to capture it at its peak.) At the same time, there’s a lot happening in my neighbourhood where they are building a new shopping and entertainment complex = delta.

Ha! Agree with your comment about the word prompts for the photo challenges. From what I see lots of us are struggling to come up with meaningful posts for these abstract prompts. There were so many more interesting posts with tangible prompts like narrow, edge, and so on.
Haha, you hit the nail on the head about the “abstract” part! It’s very true. I hope the ones responsible for choosing the themes will select more tangible prompts in the upcoming weeks. I think they’re more fun. 🙂
I smiled when I read your first paragraph. Totally agree 🙂
Haha, glad I brought a smile to your face, Jeremy. But yea.. 😞
