The 23 surprise bags I bought from Too Good To Go in April 2026

An app where you can buy unsold and surplus items from restaurants and grocery stores is called Too Good To Go. It’s so much fun for me to get surprise bags that I’m still addicted to them — despite starting this obsession in 2023 — three years on! I got a ton of surprise bags from Whole Foods and Healthy Planet this month. I also used their new AI bot for the first time when I had to complain about a surprise bag. (It used to be an e-mail system before this.)

Loved this bag! The strawberry kefir was so delicious. The 2% milk came in handy for our needs. I think this is the first time we had A2 milk.

I loved these items! The goat yogurt was delicious and the cream cheeze dip was very tasty too with Tostitos rounds.

Very yummy items, especially the Baklava Bite as it wasn’t too sweet and full of pistachio flavour. The items at this shop are quite steep though considering the smal size of the pastries…

I was soo happy when I saw the kale chips! Unfortunately, this brand of kale chips isn’t tasty like the ones I like. It’s still a really nice bag though and I will definitely get this “dry grocery” bag again in the future when we are low on snacks! So happy to try the new categories of surprise bags from Whole Foods!! I wasn’t a fan of the Poppi drink — it tasted too artificial for me.

What a great assortment of their salads and prepared food items! The Blackened Chicken Salad was so yummy!! I think I might have had this before. Trying the Paleo snack break box was interesting too. And the egg salad was perfect to spread on toast for an tasty egg salad sandwich.

Amazing surprise bag!!! LOVE getting to try new snack items we normally wouldn’t buy. 😄 The Epic Onion Dip was a standout. The samosa chips were spicy but a tad hard. The carrot juice was 100% carrot juice with no preservatives! The salted caramel pecans were yummy but I did not think “Jewels under the Kilt” name for a nut product was well-thought-out.

Happy to get eggs from this bag. The egg-free dairy-free brownies were so tasty! I really enjoy the baked goods from Sweets from the Earth brand. Their paleo chocolate chip cookie is yummy too.

A pretty good surprise bag. The Clinicor protein bars have 18 grams of protein and 13 grams of fiber which is very impressive. The almond butter cookies were very decadent.
