Last night, there was a Cheese Soirée held at the Whole Foods Market in Unionville. Thanks to a Facebook sponsored ad, I saw this event float up in my newsfeed and I was highly intrigued. Chocolate F/X located at 335 Four Mile Creek Rd in St. Davids, Ontario
“If you can’t dip it in chocolate, it’s not worth eating!” That’s the slogan of the Chocolate F/X chocolate shop that we visited when we were in Niagara Falls this past weekend. Chocolate F/X is actually located in the town of St. Davids but it’s only a 15-minute drive from the Falls or a 15-minute from Niagara-on-the-Lake. Continue reading
The Flour Mill Restaurant located at 6080 Fallsview Blvd in Niagara Falls
We were able to enjoy two meals at The Flour Mill Restaurant at the Old Stone Inn Boutique Hotel when we stayed there this past weekend. To start off, the Old Stone Inn Boutique Hotel is an absolutely magnificent and beautifully rustic hotel that used to be a former flour mill dating back to 1904. This made for a very historic and characteristic restaurant housed inside the boutique hotel where the walls were made with stone. Continue reading

The first time that we tried to check out this restaurant, they were unexpectedly closed on a Sunday. Fortunately, the next time that we visited again, it was open. A blast from the past! This photo is from June 2008 when we went to R66 Revolving Restaurant, the only 360° revolving restaurant in Hong Kong located in Wan Chai. I felt very grateful that our family friends brought us to this buffet for lunch where we got to enjoy an incredible view of Hong Kong. Alchemy Coffee located at 4361 Hwy 7 in Markham
Alchemy Coffee is yet another restaurant that I had wanted to visit after seeing it on social media (they opened almost a year ago in May 2016), so this past Sunday, Priscilla and I had the chance to visit it for brunch on a Sunday. Alchemy Coffee is located on Highway 7 close to Kennedy Road. It’s located on a very small strip plaza so you’ll have to watch out for it when driving so as not to miss the entrance. Continue reading
