Thanks to Patrick of @feedmyphone, my fellow foodie friends and I were able to try out Toronto’s very first Thai-inspired ice cream rolls at Arctic Bites.  At the time of writing, they were not officially open to the public yet, but their soft launch to the public was on May 31 from 3-10 p.m. (this blog was published on May 31 at 8:30 p.m.) so by the time you read this, they will already be open to the public for everyone to enjoy!   Continue reading

Upon seeing this week’s photo challenge of the word “spare”, I immediately thought of this photo that I posted recently on my blog post to Frankfurt, Germany.  After we had lunch at a restaurant near the Rhine River, we walked outside and saw that there was an outdoor exhibition project collaborated by some university students in which they used SPARE materials that are not recyclable or reusable to create ‘seats’ for people.   Continue reading
