Winterlicious is an annual foodie event where the city of Toronto hosts over 200 restaurants to serve prix fixe lunch and dinner options for two weeks. This year in 2014, the event is held from January 31 to February 13.

Skyview Fusion Cuisine is a Chinese restaurant located at Woodbine and Highway 7. It takes the place of a previous all-you-can-eat buffet that was fairly decent in my eyes. Skyview offers dim sum, dinners, and banquets for birthdays, weddings, and other special occasions. They also offer free wifi (that is very fast!). 🙂 Continue reading

Phoenix Restaurant is an HK-style cafe that serves combos of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner with daily soups or tea/coffee. At this point of my food blogging, I’ve touched on several HK-style cafes that I really don’t have much else to say about this one specifically. Phoenix Restaurant has opened up three locations in Thornhill and Markham and you can easily find it populated with lots of Asians at any time of the day. Continue reading
