After watching La Grand Cirque — Adrenaline at the Avalon Theatre, we headed to Ponte Vecchio for dinner. I’ve been to this restaurant once before and really loved the service and the food. We were soooo full last time that we weren’t even able to finish all that we ordered.

Yay, Filipino food! A group of us 8 foodie adventurers gathered together to have dinner at Max’s Restaurant (Max’s of Manila) on a Saturday night. Most of us had never had Filipino food before (I have: here and here) so it was opportunistic to try out this restaurant with everyone — it meant that we could try out many dishes together and share! Ever since I saw the promotional video for one of Toronto’s newest restaurants called Signs, I knew I wanted to try it out. It’s the only restaurant in Toronto where all of the servers are deaf and use American sign language to communicate with the guests. This takes the dining experience to a whole new level.
