Simple meals are best!  Despite loving unique dishes and out-of-the-ordinary cuisines or delicacies, I crave the simplest meals often.  An example is congee!  After many heavy meals with high GI foods, a meal with lots of veggies and simple carbs is best.

Chiuchow Garden Restaurant 潮江春

My family and I had dinner and morning dim sum at Chiuchow Garden Restaurant on two separate occasions.  It’s a nice restaurant that has huge chandeliers that hang from their ceilings.  It was the very first thing that I noticed.
