February 9, 2018: After the ice dragon boat race was over, we searched for a food place around Dow’s Pavilion and Little Italy in Ottawa. I had noticed that there was a significant showing for African and Caribbean restaurants in Ottawa so Yelp informed us of Fumi’s African Caribbean Restaurant and Groceries.

RAW Pulp + Grind located at 440 Preston St in Ottawa
February 10, 2018: In between waiting for the next ice dragon boat race, we found RAW Pulp + Grind on Preston Street in Little Italy and stopped in for some raw organic juice and wifi usage.
I wouldn’t have known from the exterior that this juice bar and health bowl spot was so spacious inside! They even have a backyard which I’m assuming gets converted into a patio in the warmer weather. Continue reading
