By now, most people have heard of the devastating earthquake that occurred in Nepal this past April. According to Wikipedia, it ‘killed more than 8,800 people, injured more than 23,000 and had a magnitude of 7.8M. This was a fantastic morning. Thanks to Jessica and Victor for inviting me to this spectacular brunch at Inspire restaurant! ^_^ They had visited this restaurant on quiet Main Street Markham beforehand and really enjoyed their food; so much so that they decided to come for brunch after seeing their chalkboard menu and also invited me to come as well. ORBIS Plane Pull for Sight 2015
My friends and I pulled a 757 Boeing plane last year for the first time as part of the Orbis Plane Pull for Sight charity event. It was my very first time doing it last year and I was so impressed that we were able to gather 25 participants as team GenYTO Warriors to make it over the 15 feet mark in just 8.71 seconds!
This year, I didn’t have the time to organize a team and even though I love the Orbis organization, I just didn’t plan of organizing a team. Continue reading

What a cute name to this HK-style cafe in Mong Kok that we dined at for brunch in Hong Kong! Winning Restaurant serves your typical HK-style cafe food of noodles, rice, congee, Chinese dishes.
