April 6, 2018: After the Green Living Show, Priscilla and I headed to Eat Jackpot for a late dinner. Upon arriving, I immediately recognized it as the former Lucky Red restaurant. Green Living Show 2018 held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto

The Green Living Show was so much more fun and exciting than I expected — it was my first time attending. April 6, 2018: We went to try the Hanabusa Café for the newest trendy dessert in Toronto — Japanese fluffy soufflé pancakes!! Apparently it’s not the actual chain from Japan but a knockoff of the idea. The soufflé pancakes are supposed to be airy light and jiggle when you shake the plate.

This is one of her best known works in the Infinity Mirrors series called “The Souls of Millions of Light Years Away”.
