Füdi Meal #3: Cajun Chicken with Pearl Barley and Kale
I had my third package of the Füdi Meals today! Just like last time, they are very easy to cook and heat up! I tried the Cajun Chicken with Pearl Barley and Kale.
After bringing a medium pot of water to boil, I put in the two pouches of the cooked Cajun chicken with pearl barley and the uncooked kale and left it in there for about 15 to 17 minutes. Continue reading

On New Year’s day, we had a road trip from Calgary to Lake Louise and Banff in Alberta! We were blessed to have great weather on this day. Despite being chilly outside, it was the best weather we could ask for because the skies were clear, the roads were clear of any heavy snow, and our trip was smooth and we arrived safely. Seoul BBQ Restaurant located at 4336 Macleod Trl SW in Calgary
For our New Year’s Eve dinner, the last dinner of 2015, we went out to Seoul BBQ Restaurant to eat when we were in Calgary. Seoul BBQ Restaurant is a Korean BBQ restaurant where you either get to order a la carte from their menu of traditional Korean dishes or you can choose to eat from the all-you-can-eat BBQ menu where you get to grill your own meat on the Korean grills, a traditional and fun way of cooking and eating food.
