Resource Media is an online and television media production company and they were doing a promotional project with Vinho Verde wines of Portugal. Ramen Isshin located at 421 College Street in Toronto
After our inaugural visit to Toronto’s first cat cafe, TOT The Cat Cafe, the three of us headed for dinner nearby. Since we didn’t stay very long at the cat cafe or ate or drank anything too substantial, it was the perfect cold night for a bowl of ramen. We walked about 5-7 minutes from the cat cafe to Ramen Isshin and for Alice, Anh, and I, it was our first visit to another one of the ubiquitous ramen houses in Toronto. Continue reading

I recall this experience of our dinner at Sushi Cove in Woodstock with such emotion and fury that it’s actually a little funny. To backtrack a little bit, we were just finished our first ever Motives Cosmetics Party in Woodstock and even did a HKO to finish the night. Everything went well and the party was a success. Everyone knows about Cafe Hollywood, right? 😀 The first and original location of City Cafe Hollywood is located right on the outskirts of Market Village and has been there for over a decade. I remember first going there for afternoon tea with my mom many years ago when I was a kid and now it’s made popular by us GenYTO kids who go there every Thursday evening and anytime during the week too for cheap eats and delicious food. Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant located at 9255 Woodbine Ave #14B in Markham
I was absolutely famished after our 3 hour + trek through the three obstacle course at Treetop Eco-Adventure Park in Oshawa. By the time we finished, it was almost 3 p.m. and we only had had breakfast beforehand at B&B Cafe that morning at 10 a.m.; thus, a small and quick breakfast followed by a strenuous three hours’ worth of climbing, balancing, and having fun definitely made it time for a good hearty lunch!
